At first glance it looks like this painting is clearly divided into separate zones of color, but in fact everything is part of everything else.
Some parts were painted with the tip of a sewing needle, to get it right. I don’t think that’s obsessive, but you might disagree.

I keep drawing materials in this large box. There are nebulae, galaxies, stars, and other objects. This was painted with a variety of techniques and brushes, including a needle.
